do guys actually care?????

so the vaginal reguivnation thread made me wonder... do guys actually have a preference to the way someones vagina looks?
i know a tighter vagina feels better. but what about labia size. i never really thoguht it mattered. but it sounds like something some women are insecure about. and to me it seems odd that someone would actually care.
what are your opinons? do u like them big? small? no visible ones at all? do u just not care?
