I thought it might be the heat.I will try again this weekend it hasnt often been below 25 degrees here in Sydney so i shouldnt even need a heat pad or light.

If you've gotten as far as the eggs being laid, I'd guess your problem is that it's not warm enough for them to hatch. I used a small tupperware for them to lay eggs in, and after they were laid I put it closer to the heat lamp. I need help i need lots of crickets and fast.Ive tried breeding them before but they laid eggs that didnt hatch.Does anyone have reptiles or amphibians that they have to do that for ? At the moment i have to pay about $8 for 40 medium size crickets i need help my animals eat alot.The big frogs eat about between 40 and 60 each a week. Any help would be great.
