Do you breed black or brown ones? Maybe it doesn't make a difference, but I used to breed brown ones for my hedgehog- until they started driving me crazy and I let them all go. If you've gotten as far as the eggs being laid, I'd guess your problem is that it's not warm enough for them to hatch. I used a small tupperware for them to lay eggs in, and after they were laid I put it closer to the heat lamp.
