ORGANIC VS NON-ORGANIC????
I'm running a combination, I guess you could say. The only thing no-organic though, is PK 13-14. I'm feeding Earth Juice products on this grow. I'm certainly no fert expert, but I think something that might get overlooked here, is nutrient availability. Personally, I think in a good organic nute, nutrients are broken down naturally and to the point of breakdown, that availability to the plant is precisely the way mother nature intended. Ya know, macro breaking down from biodegradation--- micro breaking down from beneficial bacteria, so on and so on...
As far as a difference in overall yield, that's one big can of worms! There are almost infinite variables involved even with the same strain and same grower. I personally think the true jury is still out on that one. My opinion is, using the two different types of nutes with equal success, would entail slightly different feeding/growing techniques to maximize the yield with each one. I also believe the difference would be minimal, whichever the winner.
