unfortunately, salvinorum is released at very high tempuratures, thats why your supposed to hold the lighter on it the entire time you inhale. vaporisers ont get the salvia hot enough to release the salvinorum. you will inhale other chemicals of the plant that are released, but will most likely feel little to no affect of the salvia. hope this helps, peace

I've been checking out vaporizers lately, but before I throw down the cash for a good one, I wanted to know how it'll work with salvia. Being my drug of choice, it would be sweet to be able to use it with a vaporizer, so does anyone out there know at what temperature the active chemical in salvia is released, and if any of the vaporizers out there are compatible with both great herbs?
