Question about moderators, not an insult at all just a ?

I have to supply studly beach dudes for Stinky. A seemingly easy enough task, but she only wants mutes.

Speaking of, I'm running low. Or rather, the last batch are running out of steam.
Don't worry about the mute requirement this time; I've got an old ball gag somewhere...

All kidding aside, members who have made good contributions in the past, with few/no significant flame-outs or other rule violations, who can dedicate a lot of time, who appear to have solid ethics, and who can communicate well in text and work well with the rest of the moderation staff, tend to be the ones considered.

There's no pay, in terms of pot, beach dudes, hot girlies, krispy kremes, etc... although p4b hands out tissues all the time.
