The neurological connections involved actually have a lot more to do with the spinal cord. It's not a matter of his pushing his partner's envelope. The young lady has to be able to get herself there first. The fact that she can't do that says a lot about either mental resistance or something else. Sometimes certain medicines can interfere with that response. Does she take SSRI antidepressants? Has she had a hysterectomy?

she has been taking drugs such as prozac and not sure what else. but she has been on antidepressants for a solid chunk of her teenage years(she's 18)..also, she has a pinched nerve in her back from a car wreck when she was younger that dulls most sensations in her back.... i want her to have one so bad
