Actually - the form doesn't specify - I didn't know there was a difference between the two.

It's a Labcorp '5 Panel' test. The corp. policy documents call it a 'drug test'.

I'm set with two bottles of QF 4.0, and have used it successfully before. But I'm curious - to anyone's who's tested at a hospital, what kind (if any) differences can I expect as compared to a 'drive-thru' testing lab, like Quest/Labcorp?
