Damn, Blink, you scrogged some monstors there.

Thanks a lot for your input. Any links you can post would be great too!

Fortunately, I planned my cab pretty well and I have a drain in the floor. Here's a link to how I built the cab if you are interested.

I spent quite a bit of time today working on the plants. By about noon all but the most crushed leaves had turned over so their up side was facing the light. I was able to see what is happening a lot more clearly so I rearranged the branches and now I probably have about 75% of the screen covered with foliage.I should probably flip the lights ASAP, but I want to give to give them at least a few days of veg to recover from the stress I just put them through. These plants are really into SM/BD and love being tied. Every little twig is struggling to get through the screen and there's lots of new growth coming from the internodes.

I've been staring at the screen and thinking about the number of buds. I'm using 1.75"x3" wire mesh and that would be right around 600 colas - way too many for my space, I would think. That would only allow a space with about a 1" diameter for each cola. I have max 24" height for the buds; at 24.5", they're touching the cool tubes. I should have enough light (+100 watts/sq.ft.) to grow some pretty good size buds, so I'm thinking a 3" diameter grow space per cola is the minimum I should have. I want to make sure the colas get lots of air. This strain loves a strong breeze. Anyway - with the 3"/cola that would give me 20 colas x 8 colas = 160 colas total. That will be very easy to accomplish. Hell, I'll be cutting colas off to thin the screen when I first start.

So, if I understand correctly, I should keep tucking until I'm at the point that I have colas ready where I need them and then let them all start growing up at the same time?

PharmaCan Reviewed by PharmaCan on . SCROG Questions Well, thanks to getting totally screwed over by BG Hydro, which is another rant for another day, I ended up having to change my plans and about the only way I can see to salvage my grow is to SCROG the plants. So I did. The only problem is, I haven't got a clue what I'm doing. :wtf: Because of equipment delays, which dragged on one day at a time for over three weeks, I ended up with plants that went from about 10" to about 3'. So what the heck is a guy gonna do??? This is a real hearty Rating: 5
