Question about MOLD for OUTDOOR growers. pics included.

I am indoor grower and I don't have much of experience in outdoor growing. I had extra couple female clones and I planted them in my balcony where they get plenty of sun (and rain + humidity too, I guess). white "frost" started appearing on some leaves about 2-3 weeks ago. I was removing "frosty" leaves in the beginning but then I gave up. At the moment plants are about 5 weeks into flowering and most of the leaves are covered with the "frost". Seems like some kind of mold to me. Water I am using is 6 PH. I am feeding my plants double amount of Pure Blend Pro Bloom fertilizer + Liquid Karma by BOTANICARE.
Good people, let me know what do you think about it. I hope this disease is not going to affect buds nor yield.
    Thanks a bunch.

I will keep you informed as to how it worked.

I sprayed my plants with the baking soda to kill mold - it did kill the mold but also burned all the white hairs - they turned real brown- 2 weeks after the plants have recovered and are white with new hairs again- I will in future dilute the solution more then I did at 1oz per gallon- hope you did not have as much burn as I did
