i have an explosive temper. i can fly off the handle and be in a blinding rage in two shakes. a girl i know was telling me about when she saw me go off the deep end with fury, she said it is one of the scariest things she's ever seen. it doesnt happen very often, but apprarently it is a menacing thing to behold.

what scares me about my temper, is i have absolutely no control over it, it could be the littlest thing, or something that builds up over time. but when i lose it, bad things happen.

Exactly the same with me. I scare myself, not to mention others. It was one of the reasons my ex left me. I couldnt control it. I'd never hit a woman, but instead i put my hand through doors, walls. I've had to spend so much money repairing stuff i've broke.

That's why i dont allow myself to get drunk - because it all boils over and i dont know my own strength sometimes - im worried i'd get into a fight and kill someone. I dont loose it very often, but when i do no one wants to be within a mile of me.

Same thing with me too..I mostly just let shit build up with a person until I lose it completely..just happenend the other night..hasent happened in awhile..but when I am mad..I am a fucking madman..
