    Female?

search there are tons on here.

Look for pistil or "tongues" as opposed to sacs or "balls".

This is a pic of a more mature female however you may see the pistils....

Notice the hair like features ontop of this clone. you will start to see these at the nodes.

This is what a female flower looks like at an early stage. This is a small bud clipped from an interior node prior to maturation. The white hairs are your indicator for female. Somewhere around my image folder are some early male flowers for comparison, I'll try and find them to compare...

wow it is beginning to look like i grew out 2/2 males! I see some balls forming at the node of 1 of my plants and possibly some forming on my second plant. I have only been flowering for 6 days with sativa dominant bagseed. if anyone has any pics of a male, id appreciate it. Thank you guys for posting up pics of your ladies

As promised, here is a pic of a male developing some flowers at the apical meristem (top node). This was a sativa dominant male grown outside and then chopped shortly after this image was captured. Before it met its untimely demise, however, I thought images might come in handy one day (and sure enough!).

The little balls around the last node of growth are the male flowers beginning to grow. Notice there are no white hairs, and (this is about 1 week into flowering) the balls swell up and become fairly large in numbers, especially around the top at first. This male started flowering about 8 days before any females did, and the fact that it began to flower while other plants did not was one of the tip-offs to thinking there were both males and females present (females usually flower a little later than males, but not always).

Good luck, and I hope you have a lady in there somewhere. It would be a shame to come up with only guys after putting the effort in.

P.S. - sorry about the lower quality - back when this was taken the camera was not set up for macro mode and a loupe wasn't used to show detail (didn't have one yet).

Delta, thanks for the male pic. I am almost certain my 2 biggest are both males because i see little balls forming (especially at the top of each plant). I have 1 clone from one of them, and 2 in the vegging stage...lets hope i get females this time!!

if your clone giving plants were male then the clones will be male.

Thinking about that, I would be seriously irate if I acquired some clones from someone and they were male (if I was told they were female). I can't think of very many things that are more twisted and *expletive*'ed up than someone passing or selling male clones as females. Just a random thought.

SD- np. Hope the pics help. I hope the two plants in veg are not related to the two males you seem to have identified. The way you formed your prose (your description), it sounds like you have 5 plants total - 2 male plants in flower, 1 clone from one of the males, and two more plants with an as yet undetermined sex which were not cloned from a known source. Where did you get the two veg plants? Were they grown from seed, and if so, what strain (or bagseed)? Keep us updated, we'll try to help :smokin:.
