Don't go all the way up to 9. Just keep trying to adjust it by watering with pH 8, and check your runoff regularly.

HAve you flushed your plant completely yet? It may not be the soil itself, but rather a buildup of fertilizer salts that is giving you problems, and it's very easy to fix that!

I'm testing my runoff water and the pH is around 6.0 so i figured i'll raise my pH water to 8.0 and then i'll have my pH adjusted but the runoff is still 6.0 range. Are there any other solutions besides using a new soil? Or should I raise the water pH to like 9.0? Right now i'm running out of options. I'm raising the pH with this 8.2 fishtank up thing. and for each scoop of that stuff will boost the pH of 10 gallons to 8.2ish Rating: 5
