pre cleanse pills question?

i take these detoxify precleanse pills to help clean my system out after smoking and it says to take them 3 times a day 2 days b4 cleansing but i need to know if i take them all the time if i will build up a tolerance to them and make them not work or if they will keep workin.....??

i kno they dont work to clean out ur system completely but they do work to lower your levels right?

Only to the extent that the liquids they have you drink lowers (dilutes) the metabolite levels in your urine.
