just cause it's the way it's always been played, otherwise too many things would be challenged... pitches would be challenged all the time, as well as outs. It's kinda like, the umps have gone through training and schol to learn how to call correctly, and you just kinda have to trust them to do so... Yes, occasionally they do fuck up. Also, on very rare occasions, challenges and reviews do get used.

With all the technology, such as checking the actual pitch location and different camera angles, slow mo, and all that, how come baseball doesn't have challenges like in football? Anyone else think that would be a great idea? And they could have 2 challenges per team just like football. Or maybe 3 because they don't take breaks in football. Rating: 5
