I think the language differs by region. A lot of what people in the South call "schwag" is known as "mids" more up North. In the South, if it's grown outdoor it's known as "schwag," no matter how few seeds or what the quality of the smoke is. So, yes, down South there is lots of good "schwag" for really good prices, especially if you live by the border, since there are Border Security checkpoints about 100 miles inland all around TX, at least.
