That's because there are two papers burning, instead of one. It's similar to uneven distribution of cannabis, rolled in only one paper. I smoked a double-layered joint before, without any consideration to the health-risk, and it just seems to me that people who twist an extra paper around the initial one, stink at rolling joints. Is it some kind of aesthetic appeal, to cover up the imperfections of the joint? Because, if you think about it--two papers would only ignite faster and burn faster. Whereas, one paper burns only as fast as the ganja burns. I don't believe I have ever had a double-paper joint go out on me.
Ganj Reviewed by Ganj on . double rolling joints? does anybody else double roll joints. by double roll i mean roll a joint with a paper, then wrap another paper around the joint so it has 2 layers. i found that it helps the jay burn slower. the downside is u run outta papers quick and the joint tends to taste like paper more than bud.
