When the local newspaper announced that Krispy Kreme would hold its grand opening on whatever date it opened, Dave read that article and said "I'm so pumped about that store I almost have a hard-on!"

The week the place opened, there was so much business in the mornings that there were two-mile traffic lines and it was impossible to get served. So I picked up a dozen glazed for him one evening. I got the bedroom all candlelit and seductive, waited until I heard his car in the driveway, and then draped myself suggestively on the bed with a doughnut on each breast and a third in fig leaf position. He loved that.

Krispy Kremes are too sweet for me, too, Purple B. I literally get sugar sick when I eat them. I like cake-style doughnuts or homemade ones rolled in cinnamon sugar.

I was at WaWa (gas station/deli) last night, getting some coffee for my co-workers, and there are all these cop cars there. Each cop, when I walked in, had a bakery bag full of assorted donuts. I had to hold my laughter back soooo badly. When they all left, the cashier, deli guy, and stocker and I looked at each other, and burst out laughing... Another donut story! I was in Seattle this August (Hempfest!) and I was with my Rating: 5
