It's sad when family is willing to rip you off. Pay attention to your intuition in the future, he was giving off hustler vibes and it looks like you had an idea. Next time when someone seems sketchy, even if their family, don't trust them.

dude seriously if hes an ex/junkie theres no way you can trust him...my mom is a junkie always makes promises but never completes em...not once in about 10 years...even small once...so i wouldn't really trust him anymore...not money wise or anything else.. be careful and hopefully you'll get your bud or $$$
