ideas for asking a girl to homecoming

See I hate corny stuff. If it was me id want something cool. Like take me to the museum or the bowling alley and show me a great night and then ask me afterwards.

Or you could buy her jewelry. Im a girl who loves diamonds haha. It's how John got me.

Yea, but rebgirl, what if they've never gone out? He didn't specify if they had or had not, and if they hadn't, how would he approach her?

Me, I'm the romantic type. Which I consider my suggestions as - romantic. I don't look on my suggestions as corny - but romantic.

The wife and I have been married 11 years (got a GOOD ONE the second time around) and I STILL surprise her with all kinds of stuff - jewelry (she's not a big fan of jewels, though), stuffed animals, cards, little notes in her car when she leaves for work, sticky notes on the fridge, and her BIGGEST surprise, the Corvette convertible I got her on our 10th wedding anniversary. I still haven't figured out how to top THAT one yet!

I guess V-Dub could just go up to her and slap her on the arse and say, hey, b----, your going to the Prom with me, but i do think that's slightly crass, LOL...

There are too many variables, and not enough answers, to really give V a good answer. They dating? Does she even KNOW him? How old are they? What grades are they in, etc. You get my drift.

I was just always taught to treat a woman with respect, and put 'em on a pedestal. In my opinion, women are the most wonderful gift God gave us (weed and cars running close seconds - J/K ). Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, and I'm definitely OLD, at 50.

Being romantic hardly ever failed me, though.

But then you gotta wonder about a gal who has a line from Apocalypse Now always in her post. But hey, I guess you like to surf, LOL.... Just kidding....

I'll get off my soapbox now, he, he, he....

    Peace,

    old Stoner

Do what I did, find the busiest hall of your school, during the busiest passing time see her passing, so everyone's around spot her coming and just yell out the question... "HEY (your girl's name), I LOVE YOU, LET'S GO TO HOMECOMING OKAY?!" She thought it was really cute and everyone laughed, so I think it was a good one. Bonus points if she's by all her freinds, so she can brag about how sweet yet goofy you are

Guys do need to learn how to be romantic, there are not enough in this world. Being creative will win the girls heart. So go with one of Old Stoner's ideas.

Well I was sure she'd say yes, I had been dating her for like 2 years, that's why I just did it that way.. If you're not sure she'll say yes... DONT do it that way

I know plenty of girls that would think "this guy is weirder than i thought..." and turn you down. Sometimes you gotta be cool about it and not say something that King Arthur would.
