Bull. Screw the government
I have very few medical problems, slight back pain, occasionally joint pain, etc. I'm not a MMJ user, but weed helps me sleep better, relieves pain, helps my asthma. It's great. Fuck the stupid crap they feed us.

The reason why the F.D.A. won't approve it is because of this. They feel that they can make medicines that activate the same pathways as cannabis, but, they'll never be able to duplicate the effects of the plants, as a whole.
The only reason why medline says this is because the F.D.A. doesn't approve it. Currently, aspirin is recommended for your pain, first. Or, yoga.

I think the key word in their statement is SMOKING. Honestly, inhaling any kind of smoke is bad for the lungs. Cannabis, burning pine trees, oily rags, paper, car exhaust, or any other kind of smoke from burning stuff, has particles that hurt the lungs. Well, duh!
But a good part of the article beyond that one semi-truthful statement is pure BS. They obviously have not read that cannabis has "cancer-killing" properties. I wonder why? I have 4 pages listing abstracts and articles about cannabis and cancer. So it isn't that the studies aren't out there! All I can get my hands on are the "freebie" abstracts- there are a lot of "pay sites" that have even more! There are no excuses! This is deliberate!- Granny:hippy:
