take a few resin tokes to heat it, then scrape it... Then if there's shit you can't reach (ie long stem) soak it in rubbing alcohol and run a pipe cleaner through it a few times... 'ats what I do when I get around to cleaning my piece....
I see a red door and I want it painted black / No colors anymore I want them to turn black / I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes / I have to turn my head until my darkness goes

I smoke alot of goo and oils so I just wrap foil around my glass pipe put it upside down in a glass cup I have with foil in it to catch the run off and place in a 250 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Than place that in the freezer for a minute or two and there ya go more stuff to smoke. I don't uauslly smoke resin but that oil and goo are pricey.

I scrape. Alcohol + salt makes the resin unsmokable, and I've never heard of microwaving it.
Just take a paper clip, straighten it out, heat up the part of the bowl you're gonna scrape with a lighter, scrape it out, repeat until bowl is mostly clean, roll into a nice fat resin ball and enjoy.“Anarchism stands for the liberation of the human mind from the dominion of religion; the liberation of the human body from the dominion of property; liberation from the shackles and restraint of government.”—Emma Goldman

I scrape it until I can't scrape it any more. Then I scrape a bit more. Thennnn I smoke all that I scraped, and scrape it again, then smoke that again. Usually I'm royally fucked up when I decide to scrape my pipe for resin so I don't mind the tedious monotonousness of the task. I scrape my pipes damn good. Then, I set them in a microwavable bowl of water and boil em in the microwave for 3 minutes or so and some little black flecks rise to the top. Then, my pipes look brand new. Dont do this to bong bowls though, as it really weakens the already thin glass. Instead, I recommend just scraping those.
