Can I smoke ANYTHING while under 18?

I've heard of cops taking kid's packs of cigs, but I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for having smokes (outside of school) around here... Of course, its been a few years since I had to worry about being a minor...

Check this out Frank, I am taking a Law class. I believe in the State of IL its ILLEGAL for you to BUY Tobacco under the age of 18. But somehow if the cops DONT see a transaction between a minor buying tobacco you can smoke it even if your a minor. Some loopwhole law I found out about.

at least the law in massachusettes is that if your under 18 and smoke cigs police cant stop you, they will however fine the store thats selling them to minors or if they see a person over 18 buying them for you theyll be fined.

Sure, there are all sorts of things you could legally smoke. Paper, sawdust, flowers, money, hair clippings...sure it's even unhealthier than tobacco but the government doesn't care because they can't make anybody unhappy by banning it.

FRANK YOU CAN LEGALLY SMOKE CIGS. YOU CANT BUY CIGS. THERE IS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE.....you cant get in trouble for smoking them....only for trying to buy them.....trust me i know this....before i even knew that i had a cop bum a cig off me at the movies when i was like 14.....they cant do anyhting about smoking man, so all you need is someone to buy them for you then your straight.,

Are you sure? Getting them is no problem -- vending machines. Plus, my friend's Dad buys him cigars and I buy them from him, so it's no problem getting them... woah, I'm too drunk to keep typing, see ya,.

In ohio i was with some of my friends at the bowlin alley and we were smokin cigs outside and a cop saw us and all he did was take them.

Here in England you can smoke if you are 16 or older (except for da weed )
