I tried making canna cream then making ice cream. We used lots of sugar and three kinds of berries. It looked like the color of the berries but tasted awful. I cooked 4 cups of heavy whipping cream with 4 oz of quality trimmings from afghan goo. I cooked the cream on the lowest temperature for 2 hours then squeezed the cream from the trimmings. We made the ice cream as per the instructions from the ice cream maker and added some extra sugar. We used 2 cups of the canna cream and 3/4 cup of regular cream to make the 2 3/4 cups called for in the recipe.

Anyone have any suggestions for killing the taste of the canna cream. Should I use less canna cream and more regular cream. It should still be cronic since I usually make 70 cookies from 1 cup of butter and they are all really good.

The two cups of canna cream we used just made 11 small jars of ice cream. So each ice cream should be like several cookies.
