Haha yes I have seen this! and here's what's fucked up even more, just like last week they passed the one where the kid lights his car on fire, then literally RIGHT after that one they passed one on how alcohol kills more ppl in this state then any other "drug" combined.

Now...I'm assuming they are throwing our MJ in their "drug" category, which if that's the case why do they want to increase penalties here for example, and why is alcohol still fucking legal when it KILLS??!!
