It's an infuriating topic but frankly it just doesn't bother enough traders in the circuit. The law is harsh. It creates an opportunity for hope but the process of change is hardly ever short, quick, and painless. The way I see it, I'm just another demanding consumer for law and lawlessness, if that makes any sense.
