Medical use is legal here, and generally cops are reasonable laid back about it. The DEA and feds are another story. They've already stated they don't recognize California laws, and don't really care, and will do their best to make an example of California.

Change is definitely slow, but I think it will happen. Look at most of the presidential candidates this year. The majority of them, at the least, support medical marijuana, and several support decriminalizing it.

I'm the same consumer at the moment, for better or worse.

It's an infuriating topic but frankly it just doesn't bother enough traders in the circuit. The law is harsh. It creates an opportunity for hope but the process of change is hardly ever short, quick, and painless.
