    How angry are you?

I could not agree more. In fact, this brings up another point. I'm really sick of being judged because I don't necessarily want the "American Dream". I'm sick of people telling me how I should live, and what I should want. I cannot stand people calling me an idiot because I don't believe that humans were meant to work 60 hours a week. I've only got one life and I'll be damned if I am going to spend 50%+ of it working my ass off so someone else can be rich. This doesn't make me lazy.

Ironically, I'm very ambitious. The difference is I would rather work 90 hours a week for myself rather than 40 hours a week for someone else. One day I'm going to open a nice restaurant or bar, or even an Amsterdamn-style coffee shop if it ever becomes possible to do so in the US.

    *sigh*

And the Mexican's seemed to like it so of course it can't be good because all they do is come over here and keep lazy americans on their toes by working so damn hard. Every single fucking time I read about the police/feds busting a 19 year old kid having his life ruined because he had 4 grams of pot on him, or some guy in New Mexico who is in a wheelchair growing some pot to keep himself sane and in some measure of comfort, or a MS patient with 2 plants for Rating: 5

    How angry are you?

Yes, I am pretty damn angry. That is why I am going to vote for Ron Paul for president. You should listen to his interview by NORML. He said all federal laws having to do with marijuana should be repealed, and marijuana should be regulated at the local level (that means town ordinances people, not even state), if that.

I got busted in Maine passing a roach to a minor who did not take a hit (because he was already stoned.) Before anyone jumps down my throat about it, I know it was stupid, BUT haven't you all done the same thing? And even if you haven't that's not the point.

I am an electronics technician and a veteran of the Coast Guard. I am fiercely patriotic. I believe it is absolute bullshit that I have been charged with a misdemeanor especially in a state where weed is decriminalized to the point where you can possess 2.5 oz., and it is just a civil violation.

Also, I am having a hard time finding a lawyer. These assholes just keep passing the buck. One told me that the courthouse is a 2 hour drive, and that it wouldn't be worth it, unless it was an OUI.

Lawyers are scum. He wouldn't take the case for the same reason lawyers love to do personal injury. Just as a jury is going to have more sympathy for someone in a wheelchair, the average American jury will have more sympathy for someone endangering others' lives than someone passing a j because alcohol is so much more of an accepted drug in our society yet infinitely more harmful than cannabis.

Time is ticking for my court date, and I have already tried to contact four lawyers. One never returned my calls (the only Maine lawyer on the NORML website!), and the other three said no.

It disgusts me that thousands of other intelligent, professional, hard working, patriotic Americans go through this same bullshit every year. This is why our court systems are bogged down. We have so many ridiculous laws on the books, people write humorous books about it. Of course, the books about the ridiculous laws that are enforced are not funny.

We are so regulated and controlled. We are not as free as we used to be.

If Ron Paul does not get elected, I am seriously considering moving to Canada. I love America, but I am tired of fighting with all the bullshit here. I am not saying Canada is paradise, but there has to be something good about a country if Americans make fun of them for being polite.

And Massachusetts state government sucks ass. That has nothing to do with anything, I just thought I'd throw that in there while I'm ranting. I think I need to smoke out of my homemade bong now, and calm down.

    How angry am I?

    I'm fucking pissed.

When me and my ex broke up, she called crime stoppers on me and got my house raided. I was charged with possession of about 5 grams of pot.

Not even 3 days later, she served me with family court papers in an attempt to take away all my visits to my children because I got busted.

She smokes pot...I smoke pot. The difference is that I have a criminal record because of it now and she don't.

All I can say is, "What a BITCH!" I havn't seen my two boys in over seven years becasuse of her using this bullshit conviction against me every time we go to family court.

OMG I'm so pissed....I kinda feel like this kid....

Wow, hempfester, that is so fucked up. Yup, our government loves it when regular people surveil each other so they don't have to.

We should learn our lessons from other species in the Animal Kingdom, whose lives thrive on instinct.

The females do all the work and, after the guys get their rocks off, they can go die. It's not our fault that we overcame this "waterfall" in evolution.

I think anger can be the most debilitating result of sadness, known to mankind.

Reading the different horror storys on this thread, all of which are tragic to varying degrees affirms my suspicions that the government not only spends millions of dollars to vilify cannabis, but also uses weed as club to beat down not only the "offender" but their life and dreams as well as their livelyhood! Make no mistake, if you use weed, and you are caught, in most states you will suffer. I have some horror storys of my own that have cost me dearly, but I don't stop and will not stop. In my opinion, which I fiercely will defend, all things that naturally manifest themselves ie: flora, fauna, water etc, were put here for mankind to use for survival, medicine, shelter, etc. To ruin someones life for inhaling cannabis smoke is the real crime! Who has the right to outlaw a plant? When perscription drugs ,pollution, global warming, illegal war, poverty, and so many man made miseries kills millions every year while they preach the decadent evils of weed and tell you to take a pill that makes you crap in your pants because your too fat or take a sleeping pill so your stress saturated mind will allow you to sleep, never mind that while you are still asleep you may get up , go to your car and go for a drive. The only ones that can stop the bullshit is us! Take back the country, make the politicians accountable, make the powers that be tell the truth about weed, do it in a professional, intelligent and forceful manner. Their are millions of us, we must somehow organize for this one thing, STOP PUTTING PEOPLE IN PRISON FOR PETTY BULLSHIT! So to answer the question "how angry are you" my answer is I'm livid!!!:wtf:
