No, but the British do find our use of English humorous.

Lol not really I mean everywheres different, like in america each state has their own accent (I think) and its more or less the same here but a lot of people over here just kind of assume theres just one accent for the whole country you know the main accent thats always on tv whatever it is, the accent the people on friends have lol, and I bet all americans assume that british people speak really posh like the prince or queen or something haha.

ok let me clarify... i'm not talking about accent or annunciation... i'm talking about the words we use to describe diffrent things....

example: i think it's hilarious they say boot/bonnet for trunk/hood.... lol

Oh you mean words lol not really I mean we dont use them but we still understand what they mean...

no every state doesn't have their accent, but there are diffrent sections of the US that have their own (although some states are known for their accents) but basicly it's just southwest, southeast, northwest, and northeast..... now every state does have their own little special bit they add.... but for the most part in those areas, it's pretty much the same.

there's also north and south.... (an invisible line horizontally across the US at about the level of oklahoma) kinda funny too lol.... northerners think we talk all slow weird, while we think they sound like crack heads zipping through their words and mangling them

and no, while i can't identify them, i know yal don't all talk the same.... for instance, i know british tend to get really mad when you say they're from england lol.... or something like that....
