The Machine, or machine, like comptuiers and robots? I vote humanity.
If that fails, alien/other.

We can only exist under certain conditions right? But what is humanity? Ideals and morals, or the boilogical part of us. If we die for our ideals humanity still exists through our ideals. Universal ideals. Is thats humanity? Is this humanity vs. the machine?

Back on subject though, technicaly we all could die at any moment, weve fucked the planet up so much that "the day after tomorow" ending to life isa possiblity. Kinda makes me worry less bout life.
