    Hell yeah. I get what you mean. They become immune almost immediately to any poison you throw at them. If the world and all it's nations and countries were to go all out with a big nuclear explosion killing everyone on this planet, I'd say that cockroaches would survive. Ah, the indestructible cockroach.

    i agree although i clicked on alien/other cause if a big BIG thing came and took out ur planet then i'm pretty sure nothing would survive in space....except if they were already in space ....like predator...

    I 'voted' for humanity (bastardised terminology) because you have to look at the general human psyche;

    If I can't have it, then no one can!

    Vis-a-vis, "The Matrix"...

    bring it on, I say...

    It all depends on how the next few decades pan out. If scientists successfully create nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and genetic engineering, I think humanity as we know it is certain to change into something strange and unhuman or die at the metal hands and RPG-shooting asses of rebellious machines. If however people realize we are on the verge of discovering technologies that humans will not be able to use responsibly and stop them from coming about, we have a pretty good chance of sticking around so long as we don't fry each other into a radioactive paste.
