Well, I didn't realize your container was two feet in diameter. How many gallons is it, do ya know?

And as far as the already formed bud sites go, if your concerned about them getting shadowed, they will gravitate to the light. They have plenty of time left.

But, so ya know, on my last grow of PPP (mostly sativa), I had a similar need to do some heavy LST late in the grow. The particular pheno, on this one plant grew TWICE as tall as my others under the exact same environmental conditions. So, I too was forced to LST due to light height. I did exactly what I was giving you the option of doing. In three days, all my vegetative growth was pointing straight up towards the light. Any leaves that shadowed a decent bud site were removed. Not everyone agrees about removing leaves, but it worked well for me. I ended up with 2.5 oz's of dried bud from a plant that was grown in poor containers in the worst dirt I'd ever had the misfortune of using. Plus, all I had for nutes was Alaska fish fert, and B'Cuzz PK 13-14. So, its a wonder I had a harvest at all.

In the end...it's all up to what you choose to do. That's the beauty in growing, you ARE the master.

PC....Thank You kind sir!
