Riddle for you lets see whos smart enough to figure this one out, An ambitious businessman decided to murder both of his rivals by poisoning their drinks. He gave them both a gin and tonic, with ice and lemon. Rival A knocked back his drink in two quick gulps, Rival B sat and sipped his slowly, B later died but A did not, assuming there was the same amount of poison in the drinks, why did this happen? Rating: 5

yeah slip, once you pause and think about it, it is rather obvious but it's worded very well.

If the answer is "No, you cant answer the riddle" isnt that an answer? So you CAN answer it since that last question is part of the riddle....? or not just a stoned thought :jointsmile:

i suppose you can see it that way... but the question is can you answer the riddle above, not the entire riddle (including the question 'can you answer the riddle') so, generally the answer is no, but if you wanted to take it in depth, you could, but at the same time you can't...

cuz if you say you can, then you have to find an answer, which there isn't one to begin with... so since you say you can answer it, but provide no answer, you can't answer it...

:jointsmile: why do you think i chose this one lol.... there have been so many riddle threads and they all get answered so easily (either the person's heard it or ~cough cough google cough~)
