when you go into a headshop and then start talking with the sales person, and as soon as you mention weed, shawg, dirt, hydro, chronic, pot, ect ect ect, they get all quiet and say, no no no, these products are for tobacco. Funniest shit is that I bet NO ONE would ever put tabacco in a bong, or bubble, GLASS pipe, vaporizer, gravity bong ect ect ect... and they know you put weed in it. I even heard the guy say, after this one guy bought 2 blunt wraps, a glass piece and some strainers and something else that escapes my mind that, oh boy your going to have a great night tonight.... pffft, not off tabacco... anyone ever encounter this as well? Its kind of upsetting but in a way I see where they're coming from, its a legal issue but still, people that go in there to buy shit aren't cops so wtf, they can at least level with us a lil, not play us like some chumps

bro why would u start talking about schwag OR hydro @ a headshop. if u understood how the law is with that kind of thing u might feel different. they are there to sell their product, not hook u up or incriminate themselves. i know you could be medical, i live in cali but that doesnt change the fact that marijuana is a schedule 1 drug, up there above cocaine and amphetamines. just my 2 c.

At my local growshop (closest one), after seeing the people that work there reasonably regularly they talk about it openly but when other customers come in they get served and the conversation stops if it was involving cannabis specifically. If you go in close to closing time, the whole shop reeks of powerplant really fucking strong!

Our headshop doesn't care. When we bought our first bong we were sort of keeping it on the low-low, but the guy behind the counter was asking us how fine we liked to bust up our weed. They also rent out a Volcano, and I asked if they were worried about trace elements on the plate or anything like that - apparently it hadn't even crossed their mind. Fuckin' stoners.
