Getting tested in court
Lets make a long story short. I was arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Charges are going to get dismissed. Bottom line, is it inmportant to go into court with the ability to piss clean?

You said your charges are going to get dropped. Explain a little more about that.
Courts aren't in the habit of requiring people to supply a urine sample. Probation officers are, however, and are responsible for reporting those results back to the court. If you're going to receive some sort of sentence that involves probation and/or drug testing as a condition of that probation, there's where you'd need to be worried about providing a clean urine sample. It's rare that "offenders" go straight from court to the first meeting with a probation officer, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
That's why I wondered about your statement about the charges being dropped. If that's really the case, you don't have a thing to worry about. But if you're going to receive a probationary sentence in lieu of jail time on a drug offense, then you might indeed need to start making plans for when your probation officer hands you a sample cup.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

I highly doubt that i'll be going on probation or parole but now just seems like a smart time to take a tolerance break. The story goes like this. It was me, a good friend of mine, and 2 others kids smoking when an off duty officer approached us. The visibility of where we were smoking was terrible so there was absolutely no time to run. By the time I saw him walking with his dog, he was standing right in front of us. Obviously he starts scaring the shit out of us and searching us. I had nothing on me but a kid I was with had a QP of kind bud in his packpack, with a scale, bags, and anything else that could scream drug dealer with him. After this, he turns from being the cop trying to get us to get our act together to making a legit drug bust. We were all arrested and despite the fact that I had nothing on me, I was taken in. My lawyer tells me he can get this dismissed.
Ive never heard of anyone getting drug tested in court in massachusetts, but I have court in 6 days so I might as well just chill for less than a week. Im pretty sure I wouldnt piss clean now but I will be able to on the 20th if necessary (highly unlikely). Only thing that sucks is that I made a promise to myself that I wouldnt smoke monday-thursday during the year so I'm having a bit of a craving.

Yeah, just chill. A tolerance break won't hurt you and might help you feel safer.
As a condition of bond is pretty routine because it's just like probation in that someone is out under the graceful auspices of a court. I thought Mean Mr. was asking about whether he'd have to fill a cup for the judge during or immediately after his misdemeanor proceedings, but maybe I read his Q wrong or am misunderstanding.
It does sound like there's no way they can make a case against you, Mean Mr. Probation is the only one that would apply in your case. Parole is what people are on after they come out of a penitentiary (prison). I'm surprised the cop was even able to arrest you since you had nothing on you. He had no basis for that arrest and should have let you go.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
