I veg mine for 7 or 8 weeks, but you could start now if you wanted to. My plants end up about 3 feet tall at harvest. Some people don't veg at all; they go strait from cloner to budding. You could also veg for several years to get a hundred pounds. Depends on your needs, growing style and grow room space. Also, depends somewhat on the variety. Lowryder of course, isn't supposed to get real tall.
