If you have never gotten your lungs used to smoke, then coughing just gonna happen, dont fuck your lungs before by smoking cigs

You wont waste any weed by coughing, if it is your first time smoking then you will get high. You have no tolerance to weed, so just a little will have you feeling it :stoned:

I started with the harshest methods there are it turns out (apple pipe, small wood pieces) and it turned out alright. Once I got a nice glass piece it was easy as hell to hit because it didn't burn nearly as bad. I might start with harder things to get used to the burning sensation and holding in smoke so your game will be tight on nicer pieces later on.

As for the question I would say a bowl, bong rips are usually big, and your first time up to the plate, you dont wanna be going for the major leagues, joints or blunts are prolly good for a first time too. Especially if you smoke cigs. And I wouldnt suggest smoking a whole bunch of cigs before, maybe just one after.

Blunt. Big unexpected hits, the kind that if your not experienced it will put you into a coughing fit, the likes of which get you real high. My first time was on a blunt, and everytime i smoke somone out for there first time i give them one-two hits from my blunt.

Id say a little bubbler so you dont get too blazed, or a waterfall because there easy to hit and make. Dont overdo it with the waterfall

the highest i have ever got was the 2nd time I smoked...1st time was out of a pipe, but i was too drunk to notice if i was high....2nd time i took like 5 massive bong rips (i didnt know how the fuck to use a bong)....i thought i was going to swallow my tounge it was going so crazy......i wish i could be that high again........

First time ever for me, I used an apple pipe and coughed my ass off until about my 3rd or 4th hit.

I used a waterfall my second time...it was crraazzyyy, the smoke wasn't harsh at all.
