About how many times before you stop coughing? Should I maybe smoke a cig before, or maybe two or three? I don't want to waste weed by coughing it all up.

If you have never gotten your lungs used to smoke, then coughing just gonna happen, dont fuck your lungs before by smoking cigs

You wont waste any weed by coughing, if it is your first time smoking then you will get high. You have no tolerance to weed, so just a little will have you feeling it :stoned:
