Bongs easier on the lungs pollutant-wise, it cools the hair and takes out all the junk, but your still gonna cough.

In my opinion, use a joint, simple method, put to lips, inhale, exhale, repeat. :jointsmile:

Use an apple- don't have to worry about breaking it, tastes good, its easy to use, and costs next to nothing. You're gonna cough, but thats likely to happen the first couple times at least. And chances are you won't cough up the weed, most of the THC is absorbed pretty quickly. Take fairly small hits, and enjoy.
