I added extra soil like you said and its looking much more upright today . Also, the lights have been moved to about two inches from the plants tips, with a fan circulating air in the bin. I seemed to have been overwatering and the plants look much more perky today. Here is a quick photo I snapped showing the plants in a much more "upright" position and not as much wilt!
