About how long until the new shoots catch up with the plant? Also is it possible to put newly FIMed plant into flower or should you wait for growth?

I have done lots of research for this and am hoping to have some returned results in the end :rastasmoke:. This grow is to get away from the need to mess with dealers and have my own stash that I know where and what is in it. Pictured below are my two biggest girls, hopefully. They are about one week old from seed. The lights are four 150w CFL bulbs suspended from a bar so I can raise/lower as needed (one light is currently Rating: 5
