It is only on a couple leaves of two plants like 2 on each should I just remove the affected leaves?

I am growing in soil, which I mixed as described in stinkys beginers guide plus the addition of some worm casting, i'm indoor and am currently vegging under fluorecents that are 3.5" above the the tops, this problem is only on 2 out of 8 plants, the last time I used nutes was 9 days ago the nutes I am using have all trace minerals and the ratio is 24-8-16. it may be hard to make out in the pic bc i had problems getting my camera to foccus Rating: 5
