Petraeus and Crocker's Honest Report
Maybe it's just an army/navy thing. Either way it's a little odd they didn't drag him in for their hearings, he is (at least on paper) in charge of the wars in both iraq and afganistan.

When I was a Manufacturers Rep. I used to have meetings with the President of the company we represented without my regional manager there.
