Good on you for not getting soap bar, you would get higher and save money by licking the curb compared to British hash.
I'm sure there is very nice buds going around the UK, unfortunatly it only gets so far so it depends where it's produced. Although, with the good is the bad aswell... and there is PLENTY of shite going around to, as ever.

Soap or soapbar is 'hash' which has a very low THC content. Its mixed with shit like boot polish and plastic.

Apparently 1 oz of regular hash will make 9 oz of soapbar.
