I agree, use the money to keep a shelter open for the homeless for another week or something! The lights aren't even impressive... At least its a colourful way to waste public money!
Indeed. God, thinking about it i aint been down moulsham street for years. I love the army surplus store - it's an alladins cave of goodies.

We've hardly got any lights around my area anymore [GOOD! haha!]

They used to just have all the coloured lightbulbs draped everywhere but they'd get pulled down and smashed so i think they gave up.

All we've got now is a "merry christmas" sign lit up on the bank.
