OKAY I NEED HELP PASSING A DRUG TEST!! COMEON PLZ HELP ME

I am about 5'5 wieghting about 175 lbs my lifestyle is fairly active. I work out about 3 times a week. I used to smoke everyday for a year and have been clean for 2 months but I smoked about 4 days ago about 1gram smoked and well I have a drug test really soon what are my chances of passing this drug test. I beleive it is a piss test but it might be a swap test well anyways for starters what are my chances of passing when though with either one of these test. Sense it was olny a gram I should pass right.

They sound pretty good.I would take a home test with your first piss in the morning and see if you're clean.
