In cultivation, legal growers and other adults who choose to take that risk can talk to each other just like they could on the street, in a restaurant or in a park. Wherever. To offer a specific forum area featuring how-to videos could easily be construed as the site itself encouraging illegal activity.

Nope. We're a conversation site. Where adults who choose to talk about cannabis-related topics can discuss them. Some of them may indeed engage in illegal activity in their homes or greenhouses. But that's a risk they take personally, not a risk the site itself encourages or bears responsibility for. We simply supply the cyberspace for the conversation. Which is perfectly legal.
