    Bending/Training plants

    i have searched all over this forum but caant find any real info on how to properly train or bend plant so it wont get too tall. can anyone point me in the right direction? can this even be done without harming the overall health and happiness of a plant? :rastasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke::r astasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke::rastasmoke::ras tasmoke::rastasmoke:

    an old school technique is to pinch the top of the main stem where it kinda makes a V shape

    search under these two phrases....."topping" and "lst" (low stress training) should be tons of info.....

    thanks guys got some midi bag seed germinating. est smoke ive had in a llong time so i thought thse seeds will do me well. gonna give this lst a go with 3 plant under cfls. thanks again for the info!
