Lemon kush? Prolly just a dealer name/grower name. I have had what my dealer called apricot kush, but it was pretty much just general kush. As for paper that has no taste and burns slow... well every paper you will taste just some more that others. I would recommend and clear rolling paper, its made from cellulose(plant fibers) so its some what healthier for you and imo it taste better. It also tends to burn alot slower, so that a huge plus.

no taste? any very sheir paper will have little to no taste. some suggestions you say? ok ill give you a basic rundown

Smoking master, one of the lightest papers on the market(13g per m^2), about as wide as a zig zag kutcorner, come in king size packs AND on rolls(i reccomend a roll!) hard to roll with unless you are a MASTER! these are a personal fave

smoking deluxe, same paper, more width, but still les than a rizla king size pape

RAW. Unbleached unproscessed paper, good, but quite wide, and IMO too wide for the average width spliff

Pure Hemp, OCB, and ELEMENTS are also all quite good sheir, and dont have too much glue. but all those papers are somewhat hard to find, if you dont have a good headshop round you, try and find a pack of blue or silver Rizla kingsize. Both have a bit too much glue for my liking, and the blues are slightly thicker than the silvers, but made out of hemp/flax instead of rice(silvers). i find the blues do brun better though and are more enjoyable to smoke overall, despite being a little less neutral on the taste side.
