Growth Stage Question
The clone starts its life the same age as the mother it was cut from. You are going to have to assume that the mother was at least a fairly mature plant, otherwise there would be nothing to cut for clones. I have mothers that are one year old. The clones from those mothers are then one year old (maturity wise) when they start life.
Typically, a clone can be switched to 12/12 as soon as it is rooted well enough. Some people go straight from clone to flower - no more veg whatsoever.
So, with clones, it is the size of the plant and the health of the plant that determine when you will switch to 12/12, not the age of the plant.
How you reconcile this with your OCD ...that's a whole other can of worms. I'll make up a birthdate for you if it'll make you feel any better.
